Graduation Document Requirements

Photo requirements for the diploma:

1. Plain black suit, white shirt, and plain black tie
2. Blue background (color code: #3669bc)
3. For women wearing hijab, white hijab
4. No glasses or cap allowed
5. Photo size 3×4 with pixels 366px x 484px 300dpi
6. Face proportion between 25%-50% of the photo (as per the example photo)
7. Maximum photo size 1MB

Documents to be submitted to the Faculty after successfully registering online:

1. Graduation Registration Form (print from graduation website)
2. Data Validation Statement ((print from graduation website)
3. Draft Diploma Statement (print from graduation website)
4. Photocopy of SKL/SKSB (Letter of Academic Completion)
5. Photocopy of the last legalized diploma
6. Photocopy of National Identity
7. Final Grade Transcript certified by Dean
8. Thesis Examination Minutes / BAUS / OBE
9. Printout of the SKPI from the star (For Bachelor’s Degree)
